Stuart A. Thompson , Ph.D. - Understanding bacterial gene regulation events (including epigenetic regulation) that occur during infection of humans by the gastrointestinal pathogen Campylobacter jejuni; characterizing C. jejuni virulence factors; development of a vaccine against C. jejuni infection.
