Creating a Diverse and Inclusive Environment

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) centralizes GRU initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive environment. The ODI helps units campuswide foster practices that optimize the contributions of groups and individuals by supporting the engagement and development of all faculty, staff, students and patients.

The ODI also oversees "Healthy Perspectives," GRU's Quality Enhancement Plan, dedicated to improving the cultural competence of GRU students and employees.
