The Facilities Management Division is a dedicated team supporting the Georgia Health Sciences University by providing top quality services to the campus community. Customer service, through continuously improving processes, and time-based management principles, enables the Facilities Management Division to meet the needs of the college faculty, students, staff, patients and visitors to the campus.

We enhanced our program by establishing the Work Management Center and a centralized phone number (706) 721-2434 for service requests. This allows you to initiate a request for maintenance and repairs, emergencies and pest control.  For items other than maintenance, a Facilities Management Inter-Departmental Request should be submitted to Facilities Management, HP 1019.
