We provide quality training programs and activities centered on improving organizational and individual effectiveness.Our section designs, develops and delivers programs that effectively contribute to the overall mission of Georgia Regents University and Health System. Course offerings are based on training requests and training assessments submitted by enterprise employees and are customized to meet the needs of departments and units. We also manage, the Employee Discount Program, the State Charitable Contributions Program, campus Performance Appraisals, and the Tuition Assistance Program. MindLeaders Professional Development Series

We understand that many employees are unable to attend training classes due to departmental staffing needs. In an effort to share the wealth of knowledge with all employees, the eLearning MindLeaders Series is offered via MC Strategies. This series includes hundreds of professional development lessons from the basics of business math and grammar to presentations skills, project management and strategic planning.  All courses are for individual professional development. Registration is available at any time and free of charge. To register, log in at http://www.webinservice.com/GHSU/ using your unique Microsoft Outlook User ID and password.
