Rules & Bylaws Committee

Composition

1. Membership of this standing committee shall consist of the chairman, who is Vice-President of the Faculty Senate, and three other members selected for three year rotating terms.

Function

1. This committee shall interpret the Constitution, Rules and Bylaws and acts of the Faculty Senate and Faculty Assembly; it shall consider amendments to the Constitution, and shall write and revise the Rules and Bylaws for the Senate.
