Thank you for your participation in the Annual Parking Registration. Response thus far has been tremendous!
We’ve identified several recurring questions that we’ve attempted to answer below:
Q) I work in the hospital and I cannot log in
A) Make sure you use your netID – the same one you use to log in to your Outlook
email but do not include georgiahealth.edu on the end of the ID.
Q) I have a hangtag and I am a current parking customer, but my information is not
shown when I log in.
A) There are a number of reasons the system is not able to display all of the information.
Please simply complete the information on the form so our data can be corrected.
Q) What are the new fees for FY2013?
A) At this time, the existing fee structure remains the same.
Q) I do not have a NETID or am not sure of my NETID details but I would like to register
for parking. What process will enable me to register?
A) Visit the Parking Office, HT1145 (Annex II) from 7 – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
and we will assist you.
Q) Why do out of date or obsolete vehicles display as part of my information?
A) We keep a history of all vehicles ever registered. Simply disregard information
about these vehicles. It is most important that your current vehicles are shown and
that any changes needed for them are made by clicking on the EDIT (pencil in a box
icon) button.
Q) I currently have non-reserved parking but would like to upgrade to reserved parking.
Which should I select?
A) Select “reserved” from the drop down box. If reserved parking is available in
the lot you desire, you will be notified to come into the office and select your space.
If reserved parking is not available, you will be notified that you are being placed
on the wait list for that lot.
Q) I currently have reserved parking and I want to downgrade to non-reserved. What
should I do?
A) Select non-reserved parking. You will be contacted to bring in your reserved
hangtag and obtain a non-reserved hangtag.
