Occupational Health and Safety - Annual Renewals

All employees, including facilities staff, that are currently enrolled in the Occupational Health Program are required to renew annually.  Those personnel that are due to renew must complete the Annual Renewal Questionnair on-line using your GHSU log-in and password.

Please note that if the Occupational Health coordinator does not receive a response to inquiries within 2 business days the request will be denied and the PI or research staff person will be required to begin the process again.
