Occupational Health and Safety - PIs and Research Staff

It is the Principal Investigator's responsibility to ensure that all personnel listed on a protocol are enrolled in the Occupational Health and Safety Program. All new research staff can complete the Occupational Health Screening Questionnaire on-line using your GHSU user name and GHSU Password.

Please note that if the Occupational Health coordinator does not receive a response to inquiries within 2 business days the request will be denied and the PI or research staff person will be required to begin the process again.
