Residence IV

Residence IV, located behind the Student Center, provides housing for single male and female, graduate and undergraduate, students. There are 50 air-conditioned, furnished rooms (bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe closet, desk and chair) for double or single occupancy, each with private bath.

Rent must be paid on a semester basis (utilities included). There is also a $10 student activity fee each semester.

Rental Rates

Due to the program schedule of the Medical College of Georgia, medical students in their second, third, and fourth years require a unique housing contract.  Their rates can be found HERE.
